What we collect from visitors

Gym Nepal has no accounts or tracking scripts. Unless you apply to be listed as a trainer (see below), we don't collect your name, email or any other personal details. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when your browser requests them.

Product data

Prices, stock status and product photos on this site are read once a day from public shop pages. We keep this product information in a spreadsheet that only the site owner can edit. It contains no information about visitors.

Google account access

The Gym Nepal n8n app uses the Google Sheets and Google Drive APIs only to read and update the site owner's own product spreadsheet. It doesn't access anyone else's Google data, and the data it handles is never sold, shared or used for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Trainer applications

If you apply to be listed as a trainer, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, city, qualifications, prices, photo, an optional certificate file, a phone number for us and, if you choose, an email address. Your photo, prices, qualifications and the public phone number you choose are shown on your profile only after we approve it. Your private phone number, email and certificate file are never published. We keep them in a private spreadsheet and on our hosting only to review and manage your listing. To change or remove your listing at any time, submit the form again and choose "Update my listing" or "Remove my listing".

When you click "Open on" a shop, you leave Gym Nepal, and that shop's own privacy policy applies.
