• Prices can change. Prices and stock are read automatically from public shop pages once a day and may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm on the shop's page before you pay.
• Not medical advice. Workout plans and supplement information are general guidance. Talk to a doctor before starting a new program or supplement, especially with a health condition, injury or pregnancy.
• Value, not quality. Rankings compare price per gram of the active ingredient only. They don't rate taste, purity, authenticity or safety. Buy from authorized sellers and check the importer label.
• Independent. Gym Nepal isn't owned by or affiliated with any brand, importer, shop, gym or trainer it lists, doesn't sell products and doesn't take payment for rankings.
• Trademarks. Brand and shop names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
• Listings aren't endorsements. Trainers, gyms and events are listed for information. Check qualifications, terms and safety yourself.
