These terms apply to everyone who uses gymnepal.com ("Gym Nepal", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Gym Nepal is

Gym Nepal is a free information service. It compares publicly listed prices of supplements and protein foods in Nepal, lists gym fees, personal trainers and fitness events, and offers free tools such as the Workout Planner and the Nepal Protein Index. We don't sell any product or service, and we are not a party to any purchase or agreement you make with a shop, gym, trainer or event organiser.

2. Prices and information

• Prices, stock, pack sizes and other details are collected automatically from public sources and can change, be delayed or contain errors. Each item shows when it was last checked.
• The shop's or provider's own price and terms always apply. Confirm the price, product and seller before you pay.
• Rankings are based only on price per gram of the active ingredient (see our methodology). They are not a judgement of quality, safety, taste or authenticity.
• We try to keep everything accurate, but we don't guarantee that any information is complete, current or free of errors.

3. Health information

Workout plans, supplement information and other content are general information, not medical, nutritional or professional advice, and are not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or qualified trainer. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program or supplement, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. You exercise and use supplements at your own risk.

4. Trainers, gyms and events

Trainer profiles are written by the trainers themselves and reviewed by us before they appear. A listing or a "Verified" label is not an endorsement or guarantee of any person's qualifications, conduct or results. Agreements, payments and disputes are between you and the trainer, gym or organiser. Please report a listing you believe is false or unsafe.

5. What you send us

When you send a message, data correction or trainer application, you confirm that the information is true and that you have the right to share it, including any photo or certificate. You allow us to use it to run Gym Nepal, and, for trainer profiles, to publish the parts described in our privacy policy. Don't send anything unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. For example, don't try to break or overload it, get around its security, send spam, or copy large parts of it automatically in a way that harms the service. Misuse may be reported under the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008).

7. Our content and data

The site design, text, rankings, Protein Index and our compilation of the data belong to Gym Nepal and are protected under the Copyright Act, 2059 (2002) of Nepal. You may quote and share individual figures, including the Nepal Protein Index, with a credit and link to gymnepal.com. Please ask before copying large parts of the site or data for commercial use.

8. Trademarks and other brands

Product names, brand names, logos and shop names belong to their owners. They are used only to identify the products being compared. Their use doesn't mean those companies are connected with or endorse Gym Nepal. If you own a brand and believe something on Gym Nepal is wrong, please contact us and we will review it.

9. Links to other sites

We link to shops, gyms, organisers and other websites for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices or practices.

10. Liability

Gym Nepal is provided free, "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by the laws of Nepal, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from relying on its information, or from any dealings with a shop, gym, trainer or organiser. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018) or other law that cannot be limited by agreement.

11. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop any part of the site, and may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that can't be resolved this way will be handled by the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
